1. Introduction

Welcome to Pride IT Solutions (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services & Products

  • Web hosting, domain registration, and email hosting.
  • IT hardware supply and small-business support.
  • Network equipment provisioning and maintenance (excluding VOIP and advanced security).

All products and services are subject to availability and supplier conditions.

3. Orders, Payment & Pricing

  • All pricing is in South African Rand (ZAR) and subject to change with 30 days’ notice.
  • Invoices are payable within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.
  • Hardware returns accepted only in original condition within 7 days of delivery.
  • Hosting billed monthly or annually; written notice required for cancellation.

4. Cancellation, Termination & Refunds

Clients may cancel hosting or support services at any time with written notice. Hardware returns are subject to restocking fees. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for breach of these Terms.

5. Service Availability & Support

We strive for 99.9% uptime for hosting services. Maintenance windows are communicated in advance. Hardware and network response times depend on your selected support plan.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Use our services lawfully and responsibly.
  • Do not host or transmit malicious, illegal, or offensive content.
  • Maintain backups of critical data — while we perform daily backups, ultimate responsibility lies with the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from service interruption or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the total paid by the client for the affected service in the last 12 months.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We comply with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Please review our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved under South African jurisdiction.
